What is a design package?

Our design package will define your project costs with a full cost analysis which will assist you in getting financing for your building. The package will provide you with visual representations of your building by providing conceptual floor plans and full color renderings. We will also do a zoning and code review of your land to ensure that you are able to put the type of structure you are looking for on that land.
